The lady I work with asked me to make a card for her mother-in-laws 80th birthday. So after some blog searching and checking out the tutorials on Splitcoast I decided to try my hand at an easel card. They are actually quite easy to make, just a lot more 'card' space to fill up. She was pleased with it, and if I'm allowed to say so, so was I.

You have every reason to be proud of your work - what a great card! I love all the embellishments on it too - they mirror the DP so nicely.

What a nice card Joyce. I have that paper too and have not used it yet. Nice idea. Good dutch too! Like the placement of the flowers and butterflies. The ribbon and edging is a nice touch too! Good Job!
